What is computer remote? Computer remote is using software that allows for another user to gain access to your computer from another location to fix issues that you may be having with your computer. It allows the user to see and interact with your screen, task manager and running processes to get a desired outcome.

We use two (2) different remote support applications which include Chrome Remote Desktop and Pulseway. Chrome Remote Desktop is what we use for our One Time Remotes and also for the onboarding process of our subscription service Pulseway.

If deciding to go with a subscription remote and management service, we can remotely monitor the update status, running tasks, CPU load and overall health of your computer without having to remote in at all. We can update your computer on our end with just a click of a button and make sure that your managed Antivirus is up to date, keeping you and your data safe from would be hackers.

Both applications go through a secure network proxy to ensure that the communication between host and user is secure and that the data being transferred is encrypted.

A remote session includes (but not limited to) updating your operating system, scanning and cleaning any spyware and cookies, network troubleshooting and malware removal just to name a few.
